There are so many approaches to journaling, we constantly promote it and there is a lot of research to support it! 


Journaling is considered most beneficial when done by hand, but what can someone with pain issues do instead?


I have been personally experimenting with trying to free write with technology. 


Unfortunately voice dictation tends to go a little slow for journaling but it can be used for someone that can not type at all. 


I believe that I can allow my subconscious to emerge if I allow myself to type freely with mistakes, not trying to use punctuation or think too hard about what I am writing.


Dedicating time morning and night to at least write for a few minutes can reduce stress significantly.
