
It never fails, we are going through something, and really feel that we need to talk to someone, quick!
Hopefully, by now you have been coming to therapy and have learned some new coping or positive distractions.
If you are new to therapy or just feel that you forget the new tools as soon as you learn them, please don’t criticize yourself. It takes a while to form new habits. 2- get outside if possible, and hopefully use the 5 senses! Try walking slowly and notice what you observe through your senses.
