I have been a lifelong fan of actual books, and if you have met me, I have probably recommended a book or two. Even if books are not your thing, you may wish to check out a couple of these. Bonus points if you get a physical copy. There is plenty of research that reading stimulates brain growth, and reducing exposure to blue light may help you sleep!
